These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of smartbite.in and to the nutrition consultation services provided by SmartBite Diet & Nutrition (“SmartBite”, “we”, “us”), led by Dt. Nazish Akhtar. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
SmartBite provides nutrition counselling, personalised diet plans, lifestyle guidance and follow-up support, in our Akshayanagar clinic and online through video call, phone, WhatsApp and email. Programme details, duration and fees are shared with you before you enrol.
2. Not a substitute for medical care
Our guidance supports, and does not replace, diagnosis and treatment by your doctor. Please read our Medical Disclaimer. Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine without speaking to your doctor.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give complete and accurate information about your health, medical conditions, medicines, allergies, pregnancy and food intolerances, and tell us promptly about any changes.
- Follow your plan as advised and inform us immediately if you feel unwell or have a reaction to any food.
- Attend or reschedule appointments on time.
- Be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian book and take part on your behalf.
4. Results
Every person’s body, health history and consistency are different, so results vary. Testimonials and client transformations on our website show individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of the same result for you.
5. Fees, payments and refunds
Fees are payable as agreed when you enrol. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Your diet plans and our content
Diet plans, recipes, articles, images and other content on our website and in your programme belong to SmartBite. Your diet plan is prepared for you personally; please do not share, resell or publish it. You may share links to our public articles.
7. Online consultations and communication
Online consultations depend on internet and third-party apps such as WhatsApp and video calling services. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by these services. Please keep your login and chat details private.
8. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, including by sending spam, attempting to access it without permission, or submitting false information through our forms. Our website may link to other websites; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, SmartBite is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, from not following the advice given, or from health conditions outside the scope of nutrition care.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
